Video Calendar of Events Submission

SBiTV offers an exciting new way to promote your event.
Now the public can go beyond reading about your event by previewing a video of it on SBiTV’s Video Calendar of Events.
It’s simple. You send us the media – We edit it into a video.

SBiTV takes the digital pictures and/or video you provide us and combines them into a unique video preview of your event. We post the date(s), time(s), and location(s) of your event. During our introductory period, this service is free to all non-profit (charity) organizations. If you are a for-profit company contact us for rates at info@sbitv.com

Submission Instructions:
1) One minute of video or at least 10 digital images that represent your event. (Pictures of a previous event, current promotional media, or preparation of the event.)
2) A list of What, When, and Where of the event.
3) One or two short sentences describing the event.
Note that all media and information should be sent in 45 days prior to the event.

EXAMPLE OF EVENT DESCRIPTION

Santa Barbara Guitar Festival - Feb. 9-18
The First Annual Santa Barbara Guitar Festival will celebrate the vitality, history, and culture of the guitar and its impact on music today.

Media Guidlines:
FOR IMAGES:
• Must send at least 10 images.
• Images must be in JPEG format and no larger than 3megs each. Email images to:photo@sbitv.com
FOR VIDEO:
• DVD or VHS Videos must be mailed to or dropped off at SBiTV. Email info@sbitv.com for directions and/or address.
• Please provide a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like your media sent back to you.

Once your video preview is posted on SBiTV’s Video Calendar of Events we will email you a link to that video that you can use to promote your event on your website, newsletter, press release, email, etc. We appreciate you putting a link on your website to your event video on www.SBiTV.com.
